Accessible help and support in complete privacy when you need it most
The hardest part is often the very first step. Having an understanding of this has allowed me to help many people through painful and what felt like impossible times in their lives. Meeting people where they are right now and offering a pace that feels comfortable to them allows trust to develop.
Counselling helps many people feel supported during stressful times and life events. Being able to talk openly in private with a trained counsellor can help untangle some of the more difficult thoughts and feelings we may be experiencing. I aim to offer a place of safety, of trust and open communication.
Therapy can help with many issues including depression/low mood, relationship issues, anger, sexual abuse, addictive behaviours, sexuality, stress, work issues, suicidal thoughts, anxiety, bereavement and low self-esteem.
